Very clean and very well-appointed accommodation. It is comfortable and has lots of options. Located just 20-30 minutes from Quebec City by car, it allows for sightseeing and hiking. Host who communicates perfectly well. Listing I would recommend.

We had a great stay at Stéphane’s place! He was an excellent host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was spotless, which I really appreciated since I’m obsessed with cleanliness. It was also very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The parking in front of the house was very convenient, and the temperature inside was perfect throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely recommend this place!

Responsive host. Place was easy to find close walk to old QC about 30 mins so walkable. There's also restaurants that were within 5-10 proximity. The parking as per the other reviews is tight. If you are coming in SUV you'll need a 2nd person to help guide the car into the garage. When we were there nobody was using the garage but if there are others would need to coordinate moving of vehicles. If there's no snow and if street parking is avail (check the signage) it maybe easier that route.

Beautiful place, large, clean, fully equipped, comfortable bedding. the accommodation is ideally located, close to buses to get to the city center. the host answers any questions we may have. i recommend it 100%.

What a beautiful discovery. Central point for many things, 10-15 minutes from Old Quebec, 10 minutes from Montmorency Falls, Ile d 'Orléans. finally everything is close! Quiet place, it will be my anchor for my future visits to Quebec City

Dave met us outside the place and gave us a brief tour and fabulous suggestions. We had a blizzard blow in during our stay and Dave was a great help with parking and suggestions for how to make the most of the city. The street is a bit busy, but that’s because it’s so accessible to the old quarter. If you’re willing to walk a bit it’s very convenient to get to Frontenac, a park with ice skating, and XC skiing, running, or cycling along the River. St. Joseph around the corner has a great market and several eateries and fun spots for drinks only 5-10 away. We had a great stay despite the blizzard!

Exactly as described, excellent location for skiing downhill and cross-country, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. We had a great time. Would book again.😊

Place was absolutely adorable! We loved the fireplace. It was so nice sitting in front of it. Hosts would answer questions when we asked about the area. Very accommodating and only 15 minutes from Old Quebec. Make sure you take a drive around the island get definitely stop at the chocolate shop. Our favorite grocery store was IGA….the pastry’s were amazing. We definitely would come back and stay here if given the chance to do so. Thank you, Gary & Lisa

Beautiful spot, convenient with everything you need!

We spent a few days with the family at Manon's. This is a real warm, well-equipped, clean holiday home! Manon is welcoming and gives all the information you need. The village is cute and peaceful and there is a grocery store close to the house. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house, bright and modern, in a beautiful part of Quebec. The atmosphere is really marine with the tides and sunrises or sunsets over the great St-Laurent. Relaxation and light. I spent 15 great days there with my family. Recommended.

Great stay and very warm place! Louis was very gracious and generous with his time. Very close to the southern massif, a perfect place to have fun with family or friends 😌 We will definitely return in summer and winter.

I can see the St Lawrence River with floating ice. The river is flowing slowly and near the bank is frozen. This place is great. It is quite easy to find. We arrive at night, Hubert keep the lights on. It is very clean, varm, feels like home. There was snow storm on Sunday night. Hubert clean the snow for us on 4 a.m. We are very appreciate.

We have been coming to the area for many years and this was a great location with everything you would need for your stay. The place was clean, the kitchen stocked with all the items one would need to cook. The location was 2 minutes from St Anne and 35 minutes to Le Massif. You can get munchies and beer right across the street. Will be coming back again next year.

Great stay at Carole's. Apartment comfortable and true to the listing description. I recommend it for a family!

Marie-Lee's place was perfect for us, in a great location for Saint-Roch, great restaurants nearby. It was also well equipped and spotless.

Staying at Guillaume’s place was just what we needed. The location makes you feel like a local as opposed to an outsider. Access to superb and different restaurants and quaint cafes. Exactly what we wished for, would recommend.
