In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

This former artist's studio, which belonged to the photographer of the city of Saumur at the beginning of the 20th century, makes this place unique with its glass roof over 4 meters high, overlooking the oldest church in the city. The apartment is located in the hyper center, next to free parking, on a pedestrian street known for its many restaurants. This accommodation will allow you to access the Château on foot via the banks of the Loire or by walking the streets of the old town.

The cottage "Chez Marguerite" is located 2.5 km from the city center, it is easy to access ( last house in a cul-de-sac) close to all amenities ( Intermarché, cinema, essence, vb, Kiabi, intersport ect...) The cottage has a fenced yard to accommodate your 4-legged pets🐾, provided they are friendly (I will no longer accept aggressive dogs, which do not tolerate other animals and humans) An electric car charging point is located 300 m from the gîte in the DIY store car park
