My place was compnetely remodel in march 2021. Everything is quiet New. My appartement is 25m2. it s composed with a living/ kitchen fully equiped. Than the stairs will lead you downstairs in the bedroom part. My sofa bed is also brain New with a great mattress of 160cm X 200cm, very easy to open. Than next to the bed, shower room + sink. Than WC room, please be carrefull with my wc, do kot put too much toilet paper, no plastic, nothing else than the toilet paper at your disposal should be drop

You'll find all the shops for daily life. You can easily get to central Paris by metro or on foot. It's still a bit like the Paris of yesteryear.
