Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Avec vue vue imprenable sur les canaux , vous profitez du soleil dès le matin sur la terrasse puis aurez la possibilité d'aller vous promener et d'accéder à la plage qui est à moins de 10mins (800 mètres) à pied seulement de l'appartement. Une place de parking privative vous permettra d'être garé en face du studio.

For those who love small timeless Mediterranean gems, this preserved place has remained authentic due to its geographical location. You will have access to a mooring buoy for boats under 7 m. Old hut where I spent my childhood, completely redesigned for my loved ones. Nestled facing the sea, in its exceptional plant privacy, enjoy the sweetness of the sea view, as well as its beach (supervised in summer), by a private access in 1 minute walk.
