Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

On the first floor, there is a cosy, air-conditioned attic studio with a beautiful view of the Sauternes vineyards and the wine-producing châteaux. There is a small sitting area with a comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed.

Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.

The Larrec's Small Harbour

A nice and big cottage (1600sqft or 150sqm) able to welcome small groups up to 10-12 people, ideally located in a green and quiet area. Our guests will enjoy there the proximity of Bordeaux city as well as the Atlantic beaches around. The cosy and quiet environment will also invite them to discover the famous "Sauternes" vineyard.
