The Wolfegger Ach, as well as lakes for swimming and excursion destinations such as Lake Constance and the Allgäu, are very close by. A small town with everything you need is only 2 km away.

Sawmill Eschachthal Apartment Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into a slumber for the last few decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion to a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old sawmill was preserved, especially by the refurbished exposed beams. The house is located at an altitude of 900 m, so the climate is a bit rougher, but still very sunny in summer. The location on the Eschach is special, which invites you to swim in the summer.

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

DAS ALPIENTE – Since January 2017, we have been renting a very stylish, 90 square meter attic apartment in our vacation home in the Allgäu. An atmosphere to feel good – the special ambience in the Alps. Traditional elements are integrated into a modern design language, natural materials create coziness, the high-quality furnishings give the good feeling of being "at home."

This stylish home is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. After an extensive hike, the sauna awaits to relax. The bed in bedroom 1 is equipped with a Dynaglobe air core mattress and can be adapted to your needs by remote control. The apartment can accommodate up to six people. There is a mattress (1.40 x 2 m) in the gallery for two more guests.
