Enjoy hikes in untouched, still pristine nature, refresh yourself in the nearby natural lake with a Kneipp facility. In winter, you are a few minutes' drive from the glacier cable car or Rifflseebahn (free ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity). Cross-country skiers start right next to the house. Das Apartment liegt zentral im Dorfzentrum und ist nur wenige Autominuten vom Skiort Kühtai entfernt, zudem ist eine direkte Busverbindung nach Kühtai vorhanden (1 Gehminute von der Unterkunft, gratis Busverbindung ab 2 Nächten). Die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Apartment ist ebenfalls problemlos von Innsbruck aus möglich. Zudem liegt das Apartment inmitten eines beliebten Wander/Skitourengebietes.

We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.
