The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

The vacation allows you to take a vacation from technology and stress. Cook with the kitchen witch on a wood fire and prepare hot water with the bath stove. Live outside and take a nap on the resting bed under the oak or go to the go to the nearby outdoor pool. The charm of country life is not perfection but improvisation. Jay‘s Wellness Landhaus

Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse den weitläufigen Garten genießen und dabei die Rehe in der Ferne beobachten während man die Pläne für den Tag macht, ob mit dem Fahrrad, oder dem Auto die Umgebung bietet eine üppige Auswahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, für Naturliebhaber bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Hanni's apartment is one of two lovingly renovated accommodations. Energetically renovated according to the latest standard. Located right on the edge of the village. This promises peace and quiet! Sauna use is possible for a fee. The interior style is a mix of new and vintage furniture. The living room is equipped with an integrated small kitchenette, dining table and a sofa bed. The bathroom with shower/toilet/vanity. Bedroom with wardrobe. Parking is available within a courtyard.

Vacation home at Birkenhain

We offer an apartment for 3 people (double bed, fold-out sofa bed) for non-smokers (+ travel bed for children up to 3 years available). Pets are welcome. The house is located in a quiet new development area above the city. A parking space is located in front of the door. The tourist tax of €1.30 per person/day is to be paid on site in cash. For safety, there is a contactless check-in. If a personal handover is desired, please let us know in advance. We look forward to seeing you!

Comfortable fully equipped approx. 64 sqm new apartment (06/2019) in the middle of the World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley for 2 persons (max. 4 persons), with own access, parking space and bicycle parking spaces, directly on the Rheinburgenweg, train station and ferry in Niederheimbach (900m) easily accessible, ideal for hikes on both sides of the Rhine, per night 100 - 125 €, for two persons, each additional person 50 €. Not suitable for children under six to 8 years.

You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.

There are 3 bedrooms, a nice livingroom with kitchen and a cosy fireplace. The house is colorful and artistically designed. The train station is close with a good connection to Frankfurt/Mainz/Wiesbaden. Furthermore, there are loads of beautiful hiking trails and excursion possibilities. You are warmly welcome!

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.
