The apartment on the 3rd floor is clean, well-maintained, and has a very homey feel to it. The living spaces are spacious enough, with both bedrooms offering plenty of room for relaxation. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The location was also ideal, being in a quiet area but still close to local amenities, making it easy to explore the neighborhood. The host was friendly and responsive, providing great communication throughout the booking and check-in process. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Just completed my first of two stays with Gian and I’m so glad I found his Airbnb! The condominiums have fingerprint and facial recognition for the tenants and guests must check in with security, so your safety is top of mind here! His place is cozy, spacious, and has everything you will need. The breeze comes in at night, so it helps being on the 15th floor. Water pressure is fantastic and paired with a comfortable bed, you can’t beat this price! I’m looking forward to our second stay and will definitely be coming back as my girlfriend lives just down the road. Can’t recommend his place enough!!

The accommodation is surprisingly amazing when you come inside the apartment. The area to be completely honest isn’t the “safest”, but I’ve had zero issues here and the neighbors were very warm and friendly. If you stick to the main roads you can go to the local market and restaurants nearby. The Mega Plaza is incredibly close, which makes shopping a good experience for essentials and clothing. Overall for the price and value, it’s not a bad deal I would say. But do be wary, the area looks a little rough, but it’s not as bad as it’s made out from personal experience. It’s great if you’re working from home, and having the rooftop to yourself was a great plus too. Again, the family was very helpful and had no issues with anyone at all. Would recommend if you’re working from home and want a local experience.
