This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. My wife and are I are pretty biased, but we are pretty confident in saying this is the best location for an Airbnb in Indianapolis. This charmingly cute, completely remodeled historic home is all yours with parking in the rear. The door is an automated keycode so check in with ease whenever. You are just literal minutes walking to the majority of our favorite things to do in the city. This house is located in historic Fletcher Place, sandwiched directly between Fountain Square and downtown.

Cozy bungalow that lives bigger than it looks! Affordable luxury all at a terrific price! Fully private duplex has 2 stories and basement. We do allow dogs only, however I would like to know the breed & how many are staying. We do have some special "rules" for our furry friends! The neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, and very safe! Speedway boasts a low crime. The airport is close & downtown is closer! 465 is just 1.5 miles to access 465. Please no cats, or other type of pet.
