The Loirizon house is located in a charming little village on the banks of the Loire. The house has an incredible direct view of the Loire. The wild river changes with the seasons and the light of day. Convenience stores within walking distance. You will be won over by many tourist activities, including culture, old stones (castles, abbeys), nature (hikes, zoos, cruises) and unusual discoveries (126 metres underground at the Blue Mine, Puy du Fou 1 hour away.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Ideal house for Home Office, fishing, Loire-á-Vélo or a few days of calm. The enclosed courtyard overlooks the boat dock, the salon and the office have a splendid view of the Loire and the Ingrandes bridge. The house is located on the church square.
