Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House.

Come and stay in our cosy off-grid Shepherd's Hut. It's in a peaceful, rural location, next to our woodland and orchard, with fantastic views over the river valley and beyond. We are near world-renowned surf beaches and there are excellent walks both by the sea or further afield on Exmoor. Otherwise, you could just put your feet up, relax and admire the view! Oaktree Cottage is set in a delightfully private, wooded location. 15 minutes gentle stroll from Instow beach and the lovely pubs and restaurants on the front. The Tarka Trail is accessible in 10 minutes on foot with Bideford and Barnstaple easily accessible by car. We accept one well behaved dog and you will find the beach and all the pubs and restaurants in Instow are equally as dog friendly.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed.
