Exzellente Busverbindungen ab Interlaken West (ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit.) Mit dem Auto benötigt man etwa 12 Minuten. Somit ist das Haus sehr zentral gelegen und dennoch vom Massentourismus verschont.

Chalet Bärenegg: a small pearl on Lake Thun

Chalet Bärenegg is wonderfully embedded in the landscape of the Bernese lakes and mountains. Inside it is small with little storage space, but it has pretty niches to linger outside: two seats with a grill, outdoor sauna and for the little ones a lawn, sandbox and slide. Here you can feel the silence and power of nature before the mighty Niesen and with the breathtaking lake view. Countless excursion possibilities around Lake Thun make the stay a unique experience.

The accommodation is very centrally located, just 8 minutes' walk from Interlaken Ost train station. The high-altitude meadow and the view of the Jungfrau (mountain) is about 5 minutes' walk away. The house was built in 1911 and is a typical, old, listed Swiss house. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. Every window offers a beautiful view of the garden. The mountains are also visible. We try to do everything to make you feel comfortable with us.
