Monthly Rentals in Inver Grove Heights

The hosts kept up contact leading up to the stay which was great. Check in was extremely easy with the app. When we arrived, we found the property to be just as it was described, even better actually. It was impeccably clean and very tastefully decorated. It was very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed. We had come to the are for the Frozen Faceoff, so after the hustle and bustle of the arena, it was a great place to wind down. Unfortunately, we needed to leave a day early to beat some incoming weather, not that I would mind being stranded in a peaceful place, but we needed to be on our way. Checking out was easy, even early. I would highly recommend this place. On a side note, I would love to see this property in the Summer or Fall with all the trees.

Wonderful spot to step into a well-thought-out comfortable and cozy bungalow space with vibes of an old-fashioned lake cottage. Beds are very comfortable and we loved the cute room divider between the beds to offer a little privacy within the shared room. Lots of games, movies, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies and thoughtful snacks! Quiet residential area on a small lake. Nice view out the windows! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here on the quiet shores of the Mississippi with beautiful backyard views of an undeveloped island. Yes, there still was a musty odor, fingerprints on the windows, lots of boxelders, gentleman's club down the street, dangerous looking plug on space heater, issues with top oven, issues with all 3 coffee makers, lack of blinds, wifi difficulties, funky stairs, cold bedrooms, and other annoyances one would not expect at this price. But everything was easily manageable and did not stop us from a great long weekend with the whole family. Having no video games and minimal number of TVs was exactly what we needed to keep everyone engaged with each other in the activities room and main living area. The ping pong table moves nicely to the main basement room so that everyone could sit on the couches and watch. The hosts went out of their way to provide us an extra table and chairs so we all could all sit down for meals together.
