This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

Beth was a sweetheart and the apartment was comfortable and clean. It was exactly what we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was quaint and adorable. We would stay again.

We felt comfortable and nurtured in this beautiful, quiet, private lower level apartment. The house is located in a quiet, private neighborhood with attractive landscaping. The spaces were clean and warm, and no carpet means much less chance of dust. The bed was super-comfy, so we slept great. Tanya was a responsive, friendly, proactive host who answered all of our questions and made us feel at home. As a chemically-sensitive guest with multiple allergies, I was most grateful for this truly fragrance-free and hypoallergenic suite. Even the bedsheets had zero fragrance, a rarity in guest lodgings. The water filter and air filter were welcome amenities. Charging our EV in the driveway overnight helped us get off to a quick start in the morning. We would absolutely love to stay at this apartment again if we find ourselves in Sioux Falls.
