The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village with adjoining meadows. A cycle and hiking trail runs right past the property. Playgrounds within walking distance. In the neighbouring village, there is a Netto supermarket with a bakery café, approximately 1.5 km away. The Danube Valley, with its ruins and caves, is a popular destination for day trips, as are Lake Constance and the medieval construction site of Campus Galli.

Gutenstein - home with a view

Enjoy the tranquility and idyll in our 2020 renovation. Apartment vis-a-vis from Gutenstein Castle. From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

The cozy 1-room apartment is located on the second floor in the historic Villa Laur, which was renovated by us with much love in 2023. Located on the banks of the Danube and at the foot of Hohenzollern Castle, the apartment offers a central starting point for exploring Sigmaringen and the surrounding area. Whether canoeing, climbing or hiking in the Danube Valley, boating on Lake Constance or cycling over the Swabian Alb, it never gets boring here. Train station, city center, castle: 5 minutes

You have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed in the size 180/200. Apartment near the Danube Valley, Lake Constance, Swabian Alps

The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet in the apartment and on the terrace. You can go for walks around the renaturalized quarry ponds and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry ponds have been converted into spacious, natural beaches. A bike path runs right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance, and the Swabian Alb are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

Apartment with fantastic views

Cosy 70 m² attic flat in a beautifully located farmhouse in the heart of the Oberes Donautal Nature Park. Start your hike or mountain bike tour right from the house. The car can also stop for climbing; the crag is in the immediate vicinity. You can go canoeing on the Danube, and the Danube Cycle Path runs about 500 metres from the house. There is plenty of space to run around and play in the large orchard meadow.

A place to switch off and relax. For extended hikes you do not need a car: the small residential area connects directly to large forest areas. By (e-)bike, 5 (bathing) lakes can be reached within 2.5 hours. Lake Constance or the Danube can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Or you can simply enjoy the garden of the lovingly renovated log cabin and take time for thoughtful walks...
