Modern New-Build Luxury Villa!

This villa, completed in 2025, leaves nothing to be desired. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office. House features an oversized heated saltwater pool with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, 4 fire pits, tiki hut. By arrangement and for an extra fee, the large boat lift can also be used. By boat, you can reach the river in 5 minutes without bridges. Pets are not allowed. Every room has a TV and an extra TV on Patio. Gas and electric is not included and will be charged at day of departure.

A clear blue pool is surrounded by a spacious patio, featuring comfortable loungers partially immersed in the water. The inviting outdoor space overlooks the serene canal, while the covered lanai offers additional seating options. Lush palm trees sway gently in the background under a bright sky.
