Review Title: Perfect Lakefront Stay for a Multigenerational Family Our family, spanning three generations, stayed at this beautiful lakehouse over New Year’s, and it was truly the perfect getaway. From retired grandparents to working professionals, two small children, and even our dog, the house had something for everyone. The lakefront views were stunning, providing a peaceful backdrop for morning coffee and evening conversations. The house was thoughtfully equipped with modern conveniences, making it both comfortable and functional. It truly felt like a home away from home, with cozy spaces to gather, a well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owners clearly take pride in the property, and the attention to detail was evident. Whether it was enjoying family meals together, taking in the serenity of the lake, or simply spending quality time, this house offered everything we could ask for. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend!

This is our second stay at one of Chris' properties. The house was furnished beyond any reasonable expectations. Plenty of dishes, homey decorations, even accommodations for an infant. It is a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. It was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Chris does a nice job.

Stayed the entire month of April. The house was in a good location for a number of things. We did a bunch of fishing - the property's boat slip and dock deck were very nice to have.

The house was awesome, the neighborhood was quiet, If I had to ask Miss Robin something, she would answer right back, I play golf and the golf course is no more than 2 miles from the house,I would definitely rent the house again, thank you Miss Robin.

We were in town for the weekend for the Carolina Dogwood Festival. We walked in to a Fabulous home! Very clean and Beautifully decorated! Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Comfortable stay and accommodating for people with allergies! A good amount of kitchen essentials to make food at home!

Micah’s place was just short of perfect. It felt very private even though there are two other apartments below. The inside of the apartment was absolutely spotless and it felt very comfy as well. It pretty much had everything you needed. I would definitely recommend it.

This apartment is spacious and comfortable. Nice view and patio. Quick drive to Davidson Main Street. Close to highway. Nice touches like plenty of coffee, tea, trial size toiletries. Wi-Fi worked great. Host responded quickly and I was happy that they didn’t proactively send us a ton of messages checking on us. I also liked that check out was just lock up and leave. No list of chores. 😅 We will stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed at Ryan’s place for an extended time while going to school in Mooresville. He was always very quick to respond when I had questions and took great care of me. Place was very cozy and a nice stay. I have no complaints.

Absolutely beautiful place overlooking the lake! Had all of the appliances needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels including pool towels, and even a welcome basket. The shower in the master was a wonderful waterfall shower with lots of pressure. The place felt luxurious. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is located in a beautiful community by the lake but the moment you step into the space, the experience is already elevated. Squeaky clean, gorgeous lighting and lovely patio overlooking the lake and a restaurant. Thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathroom. One of the best Airbnb’s i have stayed at.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!
