Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a brand new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

High above the Moselle, you can float in this newly renovated, very spacious accommodation, which was once a rustic wine tavern. From the terrace and the living room - the former guest room - you can look far over the Moselle loops at Tarben-Trarbach and the hills of the Eifel. There are two separate bedrooms, a large bathroom and in the living room next to a modern kitchen plenty of space to relax, dream, read and linger for two to five people.
