Our perfect, private little house backs to the Iron Belle Trail. Enjoy the lg private lot located on a quiet street. We purchased the home in 2018 and just completed updating from floor to ceiling. Every feature of this home has been deliberately chosen; bringing an AZ-modern farmhouse vibe. New Slate appliances, farm sink, butcher-block countertops, coffee/Nespresso bar converted from antique stove from the basement, restored original hardwood floors, 3 season porch and large deck.
“Have been taking an annual trip to the Ironwood area for over 10 years. As much as we like the area you know that part of it is that your stay is going to involve "roughing it" a bit. Or at least that was the case before Michelle came around! Now there is a place that is clean, stylish, and well located. I've probably stayed at over 25 AirBNBs over the last few years and this was our favorite yet! Having a fully appointed kitchen, great linens, a smart TV and WiFi that both work flawlessly -- these are things we take for granted at home but really make a difference when you are traveling. We rarely cook on the road because it's such a hassle -- but we found ourselves cooking several meals at Michelles place because the kitchen was just so nice and well equipped.”
My place is close to the main East-West Highway, but in a quiet neighborhood. It is near cross country ski trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, yet there are restaurants and dining within walking distance. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood and the colorful coziness. It is easy to access from the road, or from the backyard. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
“We had a great stay. The skiing was fantastic and we absolutely loved Cold Iron Brewery. Your house was exactly as described to us and there was no surprises. It is so nice to stay in a home that is spotless and clean. We love the city of Ironwood and will definitely come back here and stay! Thank you Leann!!”
Enjoy your relaxing stay at North Star Slumber, a brand new cozy cottage built just for guests. Located on an established 1.5-acre apple orchard on a quiet dead-end road, you can also find beautiful blooming flowers and trees (depending on the season), and wildlife as well.
“We had a great stay at Marcus and Maria's. It was an easy drive to Wolverine and ABR for some unsurpassed XC skiing, and then it was great to have a wonderful warm, sunny, clean and quiet place to relax and recover. Everything is brand new and simply yet tastefully done. We appreciated the in-floor heat, the cotton sheets and comfortable bed, and the rain shower head. Marcus and Maria answered questions instantaneously and were attentive to our needs. There is no wifi, but we were able to connect with ATT/hotspot when needed. We have stayed at a lot of different lodgings in the area when we visit for skiing, and this was one of our most comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely return in the near future.”
