About our host: Charming, smiling, welcoming, helpful person. She has helpful information about nearby activities. In short, it was a great stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Alexandra's place. Ideally located close to points of interest, it's easy to walk without having to use the car. Also equipped with a covered garage that allows you to park your vehicle without any hassle. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable, which allows you to have space and quiet spots. The view is also surprising at tree height and not overlooked. Alexandra welcomed us by giving us all the necessary information and being available if needed. We highly recommend this destination for the services offered and the surrounding quality setting.

Great stay in this place for the new year! Incredible view and good location 20 minutes from the old center of Biarritz and with many small shops downstairs. Not to mention the parking, very convenient.

We have used Airbnb a lot and Mikel is the best host we have experienced. He genuinely could not have been more helpful and reliable. The apartment is great - 2 mins from the beach and much nicer / less touristy than the other side of the bridge(s). The balcony is a real bonus. Knowing Capbreton well, perfect location! Right next to the city center Clean apartment, linens that smell like laundry, quiet residence! Hosted with two cookies for my dogs, a small gesture that makes me happy 😊 Accommodation that receives dogs, and that's really the best! To know that the terrace is not closed but overlooks a large common area of the residence.

As a family we had a great time at Cyril's!! There is everything you need in the apartment,the kitchen is well equipped,the balcony is large and the bathroom was very clean and has a bathtub, very comfortable in case of small children:) the supermarket is close, the bus stop is also. The furniture is tasteful, we really relaxed and recovered from our long trip!! Cyril is very helpful and responds immediately to messages :) If we go back to the area, I would already know where to go!

Very good location, everything is within walking distance (ocean, surf school, restaurant in 2 minutes) Downtown is a 15-minute walk. I recommend it.

It's a great place to spend a few days. At the entrance to the Señorío de Bertiz, which is a must-see. Very well located to go both north and south. The apartment is very good for a family, as described. But undoubtedly the best thing is that it is located in a residential development with a (shared) swimming pool, paddle court and frontón. There's even a soccer field right next door. If you go with athletic children, you won't even know you have them. We had a great week, a great stay.
