The restaurants and shops can be reached by car in about 5 minutes, and on foot in about 20 minutes. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer and winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus and Fiss-Ladis can be reached in a few minutes by car/ski bus!

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
