This fully equipped very tiny house on wheels sits on a high bank waterfront lot overlooking Holmes Harbor. The white ship lap and exposed wood ceilings gives this tiny a beach house feel. Sit out on your tiny deck with a view or relax inside and enjoy sunset views thru the trees. We have seals in the 5 mile long harbor, and a very occasional visit from a whale. Eagles nest on the property. There is a public beach and boat launch just 2 miles down the road at Freeland Park.

This peaceful, coastal cottage was built in 2019 and sits on 5 acres of lush green grass, gardens and overlooks Deer Lagoon and Useless Bay. The bright, modern farmhouse is magazine worthy, immaculate and features all brand new and top of the line furniture, appliances, linens, towels and is completely outfitted for the gourmet cook. For babies, the cottage provides a pak n play, booster seat and toys. For adults there is bocce ball and croquet upon request.

Saratoga Garden Cottage

A bright and spacious one bedroom cottage apartment in the country. Enjoy views of the Saratoga Passage; lush vegetation; and a glimpse of the Cascades, on clear days. Wake with the sunrise, or draw the curtains if you prefer to sleep in, on your plush king bed. Outside there are several nooks where you can take in the sounds and antics of wildlife, including eagles, frogs, bunnies, owls, quail, deer, and song birds.
