This spacious apartment is half a block from the harbor and easy walking distance of our very cute downtown area where all the faires and festivals take place! Completely renovated and with wonderful views from the deck as well as the dining area windows! Full kitchen that is fully appointed! The 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the sleeper sofa is also a queen (very comfortable!) and if you have extra 'little people', the ottoman makes into a twin bed and there is also a rollaway bed and W/D.

The cottage is less than a mile from the town of Freeland for all amenities, and close to the picturesque towns of Langley and Coupeville. Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Welcome to your tranquil country refuge on South Whidbey Island. This quiet, end of the lane, lovely private cottage is full of amenities and acreage for your comfort and entertainment. We recently connected the apartment to our local fiber optic network so there is excellent connectivity for work or play. We also added a level 2 EV charging station for EV car owners. The queen mattress in the bedroom is a new Saatva luxury mattress.
