Monthly Rentals in Island of Montreal

My stay at Tony’s was exactly what that I needed. I can’t recommend enough if you’re staying for a medium duration stay. I stayed for 1 and a half months at Tony’s and can only say good things. The space matches the description perfectly. The room, washroom, and kitchennette allowed me to do my life with virtually no restrictions. I cooked nearly every day, so the kitchennette’s utensils are enough for an independent daily living. Tony is super responsive, friendly, and ready to help in any situation. The family with whom I shared the shared spaces is great, too. They hit the perfect balance: nice, friendly, and helpful, while being sure to respect your privacy, your space, and your time. Great shared flat experience. I would come back 10/10.

I loved staying in this space, which, to my surprise, was larger than I expected. The place was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. We stayed for almost a month, and during this time, Simon and Audrey were responsive and very nice. The apartment is about 10 minutes by bike to the Botanical Garden (a beautiful and well-worth place to visit), which supermarket is close by, parks, and a nice coffee shop. We recommend the space and wish our host all the best.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. Only 10min from the Jolicoeur metro! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals during our stay. It was also great to find that the place had all the baby amenities we needed (and more), which made traveling with our little one so much easier. We truly felt right at home. Highly recommend!

A very enjoyable one month stay in this spacious and modern Airbnb. Walkable to all of Old Montreal. Everything was exactly as depicted in the Airbnb listing with easy to follow check-in instructions provided by the host. Kitchen comes equipped with everything needed and the clothes washer and dryer proved very useful during the stay. Very spacious with windows offering views of downtown Montreal.
