Miguel was a wonderful host. The place was wonderful. The pool had a shallow end that our 4 and 6 yo could stand and they enjoyed it a lot

Smailyn’s place was the most relaxed Airbnb experience I’ve had. Very simple and easy to follow instructions on checking in and out. The location is in a safe and quiet neighborhood not too far from all the spots we wanted to go. It was more spacious than we were anticipating as well. Thank you!

Place was exactly as described! Alex and Diana were very responsive! It was such a plus they had a solar generator during the islands power outage. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. 10/10

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at Nelida’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The pool made it even more special. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. They even kept in touch throughout to make sure we had gotten there safe and that everything was ok. The location was perfect for the relaxing getaway for our friend group, with easy access to our planned event. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’ve been to Puerto Rico many times, and this Airbnb was by far the nicest, most secure place we have stayed at. Christie was so communicative and let us check in early since our flight was early which was so appreciated! The day we landed on the island, there was an island wide power outage, and it didn’t really affect us because of the generator at the Airbnb. The place was so clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The beds were all so comfortable. The house actually is even nicer in person than in pictures! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Christie provided a guide that provided very thorough instructions for check in and for our entire stay. Their location was excellent with a lot around and only 15-20 mins to San Juan. The neighborhood felt very exclusive. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Puerto Rico!

I love love loved this location! Everything was about 15-20 mins away! The house is so beautiful and in a very nice and cultured neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and the bar down the street was fun to walk to. I loved being here. Definitely felt like home! Can’t wait to rebook when I return!

Luis and Miguelina are amazing hosts! Our flight got in early and they allowed us to drop off our luggage. Plus the 7 min ride to the airport at 5:00am was nice! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and loved that we could park our rental in the garage. Not to mention the sitting area inside the garage was a nice touch. Cold AC and enjoyed the fact that there was no clutter in the house. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware.

Perfect gated community with pool and access to beach. Apartment was just as pictured. 10 minutes a to luquillo beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Not only the accesibility of the sju airport and all the stores and commercial area. This is my number 1 experience iin very clean airbnb comparing with my travel experience. Puerto rico being an island you can suffer insecfs and even mosquito. Hector had the site spotless that i even seen an ant. Is unbelievable. Thanks hector because people like you makes believe that not all.the airbnb are worthless. I definitely will recommend your place!!!@

Nice patio , lots to do, walkable areas , private , Carolina Police were patrolling constantly that makes you feel secure .

What can I say this was an amazing experience with an equally if not more amazing host. Even through natural disasters (lights out in Puerto Rico) he had any and everything that was required or necessary. The neighborhood is an actual neighborhood and not a tourist trap. Variety of food, bars, convenience stores, gas stations, and light shopping if you need it you can find it within 3-4 blocks. Neighborhood gets quiet and comfortable around 9 ish with good neighbors. But there are still some local spots open. This place puts you in the middle of everything you need no car necessary. Almost forgot to mention less than 3/4 blocks from the beach. I went almost every morning before breakfast. If you are contemplating just jump in and enjoy yourself no language or food barriers just a good time.

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

I had a great stay at this condo in Puerto Rico! The host was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Beach access was super convenient, and the pool area was a great bonus. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway.

This was our second time visiting Brad and Juanita’s place in Rio Grande, and just like the first time, it did not disappoint. The place was clean, comfortable, accessible. We hope to be back again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

We had a great stay! Even when there was an island-wide power outage on our last night, Ray was proactively informing us about what was going on and how to use the battery back up. That helped us feel reassured and avoided major inconvenience. Thank you, Ray!
