The apartment is a very cozy, warm place, completely air conditioned with an excellent ocean front view balcony. You will enjoy the best sunrises from your bed or balcony. The condominium has direct access to a great beach that you can do snorkeling, beach strolls, go diving, rent some water sports like jet ski, parasailing or take surfing classes. We are located in a Peninsula so you can decide from 2 different beach scenes. Also walking distance to various Hotels, bars, and restaurants.

Many hosts claim their view is the best but ours actually is, as the reviews will attest. This is a large studio on the top floor of a 12-story condo, located right on the sand, with a truly breathtaking view of the best beach in San Juan (rated #1 urban beach in the world by USA today), floor-to-ceiling windows, reserved parking, split AC unit, WiFi, and Roku TV, in a secure building with key-operated elevators. Power Generator/ cistern. PRIVATE APT. Close to beach and airport! Relax in this boho unit. 5 min driving to the airport, close enough for a quick transfer but located in a dead end, tranquil street; 5 min walking to the beach; 10 min driving to Old San Juan. Enough parking in front of properties. Near recreational park, tennis and basketball court. Full bed, TV, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, single stove top, and Wi-Fi.
