Originally built in the 19th century as washing facility of a farm, fully-renovated with state of the art insulation and independent heating. With private entrance, on the ground floor are living room, kitchen and a very spacious bathroom with shower. Peaceful and beautiful garden room

Pretty, small garden room, quietly located right next to the Uetliberg recreation area. The train station is only a three-minute walk away and the city centre of Zurich (main station) can be reached by S-Bahn in a maximum of 15 minutes. The room is brightly furnished, with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and fridge (no kitchen). Private bathroom with shower. Cosy private outdoor seating area and parking space for one car. Bakery and restaurants in the village.

My name is Beatrice and I live in this pretty townhouse together with three lovely cats. I rent two bedrooms. This listing is for the small room. Additional person 25.00 per night. Only a few minutes to Buchs train station. Zurich City & Kloten Airport in about 20 minutes. In Buchs there are various shops and restaurants In summer there is a small pool in the garden, a lounge. Bathroom is shared. Kitchen not usable! Additional large breakfast for 18.-sFr p.p.

Willkommen in unserer neu eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen (75 Meter vom öffentlichen Parkplatz und 800 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt). Der optimale Ausgangsort um direkt nach Zürich aber auch nach Zug zu gelangen. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss (ohne Lift) und für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen nicht geeignet. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt Der Name "Home" soll daran erinnern, dass Sie sich wie "zu Hause" fühlen sollen!

The property is located on a hill (610m / 2000 ft) and offers from the garden nice views into the valley. The apartment's kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Parking is easy, on the property two outside parking spaces are availabe free of charge (one covered)

With the bus stop in front of the door, you can enjoy the best connections, in 15-20 minutes in the middle of the city of Zurich. Shops for shopping are a 10-minute walk away. Fitness centre with wellness area and indoor swimming pool can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
