The apartment is located on a hill 5 minutes by car from the town (Torri del Benaco and Garda), from the lake and from the beaches. There is a private parking on the roud. Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.
