Ova iznimna kuća smjestila se u slijepoj ulici mirnog turističkog naselja grada Pule.Udaljena je 900 m od mora. Prva glavna plaža Verudela , izvrsna samo 3 minute vožnje.Kafić 20 metara i trgovina 100 m od kuće. Kuća je izuzetno komforna i stilski uređena te prilagođena modernom načinu života. Raspoloživa je za 14 osoba +2 pomoćna ležaja. Unutrašnji prostor zauzima 500 m kvadratnih i 2000 metara kvadratnih prirodne parcele koja pruža dodatni ugođaj.Travnjaku se nalaze nogometni golovi, trampolin , ljuljačka i kamin . Na glavnoj plazi Verudeli mozete unajmiti sportski teren za mini golf i badminton ,tenis ,surfanje pa čak i brod koji vuče padobran , vozi mali zrakoplov.Tamo se nalazi i ronilački klub.Isto tako na Verudeli je mjesto Bunarina odakle brod vozi svakih sat vremena za Fratarski otok. Izleti brodom: Otoci Brijuni ( nacionalni park )- polazi se brodom iz mjesta Fažane 5 km udaljenog od Pule, Putovanje u Zelenu i Plavu Istru(Vinska cesta- degustacija vina,agroturizam). Rovinj 30 km udaljen od Pule u kojem možete vidjeti Hrvatsku u malom gdje se nalazi i veliki akvarijum. This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.
