このマンションは先月に部屋の中を全て、リフォームして、新しい家具、家電など入れてます、明るくい部屋で、とても使いやすい部屋になってます。徒歩3分の場所に7-11のコンビニやスーパーマーケット 100円ショップもあります、徒歩5分ぐらいの場所に料理屋もあります、駅の方に行くと料理屋、薬局などもたくさんあります。ときわ台は静かな住宅地が広がる北口とは反面、南口は神社や飲み屋街など下町のような雰囲気もあり、住み心地のいい場所です。駅から出ると、昔ながらの洋品店と酒屋さんがあります。池袋駅から５駅ということで、都心には出やすい環境です。鉄道は東武東上線となり、代替ルートとしては国際興業バスで王子駅や赤羽駅などに出ることができます。駅から１分ほど進むと、鬱蒼とした山のような光景に出ます。駅のすぐ近くにある天祖神社です。「ときわ」の名前の由来にもなった神社で、常磐松が境内や参道に植わっていたそうです。板橋区を南北に結び、沿道には天然温泉で有名な「さやの湯」があります。是非家族と共に、yuga house tokiwadaiに泊まりに来てください、キット日本文化を身近に感じるに間違いないです
