As roupas de cama e toalhas são disponibilizados. O cafe da amanhã é sob pagamento direito na Cafeteria do predio eles fazem delivery pra o apto também. Apartamento bem localizado com muito conforto e aconchegante, próximo ao mar. À 50 metros do mar e da passarela para Prainha e praia do Buraco. Por ser em andar bem alto (23 andar) não é recomendável para crianças pequenas pois não tem tela de proteção. As tomadas são 220v. Tem garagem , cademia e piscina. O predio conta lavanderia as 24 h.

Excellent apartment , sea front, ideal for 6 people, in the center of the beach of Balneário Camboriú, with a unique view of the beach, viewing the Ferris wheel and the Island of the Goats to the south of the beach. Close to: restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, shopping mall and etc. 01 bedroom suite and 01 demi-suite. The bed is hotel style, wonderful comfortable double bed. Demi - suite in the corridor total satisfaction of the cozy with 02 extra single mattresses.
