Our stay was excellent in the apartment! All according to the photos of the listing, easy to find, a super quiet building and street and the very cozy place. Easy to go to the Park too. It was excellent.

We had a very quiet stay in Karina and Irineu's apartment. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very wide and airy. We had had that we needed and even complimentary chairs that helped a lot. A small unforeseen with the parking space but which was promptly attended by Mr. My alert is for those who have an SUV or even a wide model that the spot is very tight, but they have provided us with another very good spot. We very much like the location, close to everything and being in Barra Sul is much quieter than the center. Basta was crossing the side of the building and we were on the waterfront. One of the places we would return without a doubt, has great value for money.

Good morning , my family and I love the service of the staff of the building very receptive to the reservation , quick response and clear clean apartments comfortable, view to the sea , meet td what you need ,close to supermarket td, shopping mall, restaurants is finally in the resort center, we did td without taking the car from the parking lot, it has to circulate free/ if you need great price hubers. There are varieties of places to know and affordable prices from food to tours , it is very worth knowing of course that I intend to go back more often… God bless everyone

The apartment and the location are excellent. Gabriel was very attentive and provided all the necessary support. The only problem with the apartment is that it does not have a filter or water purifier, which made us very much missed, everything was great.

The apartment is large and well located, the host always responded to us quickly.

The house is very beautiful, well cared for and clean. I went with my family and we enjoyed a lot! The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the street is super quiet. Check in was easy and quick, and the outside area gives an extra charm in place. Jean was very attentive and took all the questions. We recommend it!

The space is very cozy and connected to nature, a very good location especially for those who will enjoy the nights in the Green Valley (it does not catch traffic because it is against flow), Mrs Vanilza was very attentive and always provided all the necessary support for our people. We had a good stay on site, and I recommend the stay.

Special place on a rooftop in a special corner of the Praia Brava region, on the border of Balneário Camboriú. It was a very good experience and we were able to enjoy the beach with tranquility, it has an incomparable natural beauty. Anyone who thinks there is no quiet place right in the hustle and bustle of the spa does not know this place. Junior is also a special guy, a surf teacher who makes this rooftop available to everyone.
