There are 4 small private apartments, which are on the first floor of my property with access by stairs and private entrance. I live on the ground floor, but guests will have privacy (as in a residential building) as my house is completely separate from the apartments. WE DO NOT HAVE A GARAGE (guests can park on the street in front of the property)

Close to the bars and restaurants of Beira Rio, and all the shops. Wi-Fi. Space for home office. Cable TV. Charcoal barbecue on the balcony with a beautiful view of Beira Rio.

Cozy location with good lighting, close to great bars and restaurants. Excellent leisure area overlooking the sea. To use the pool, a medical examination is required. You can bring the examination or do it in the condominium, at a cost of around 50 reais per person. The apartment has electronic locks, which can be accessed with the proper password, allowing for self check-in.

Beautiful loft 2 blocks from the sea in downtown BC

It's a residential building, very quiet, 450 meters from the sea. With accessibility and some reservations regarding the garage, everything is very clean and organized. The map shows the address near br, and I can't change it, but the correct address is: avenida dos estados dalmo vieira, n2850, Balneário Camboriú. It's across the street from the Santander bank downtown.
