Historic 1800s cabin - Asheville / Weaverville

Charming, comfy, historic cabin with modern amenities in a very private & quiet country setting just 20 minutes to downtown Asheville, 25 minutes to West Asheville and a short 10 minute drive to Weaverville. * This cabin has been on Airbnb since 2012. We bought it from our friend, Caroline, in the fall of 2021. However, we've managed it since 2015. Airbnb doesn't allow transfers of listings so we have to start fresh. The cabin had 427 reviews and 4.94 stars. Please see examples in photos.

Songbird Cabin is nestled in a quiet 30 acre mountain setting with an amazing view! The home is clean, private and peaceful. The space includes covered porch dining, firepit, full kitchen and indoor dining, living room, bathroom, and one bedroom. The property location offers quick access to a major interstate putting opportunities in WNC and Asheville within reach. We are short drive from Mars Hill University. Hatley Pointe is a short 20 min drive. Families with kids are welcome. (NO PETS)

River Relaxation

Our cabin is in the woods just up the hill from the river. The river is great for wading and fishing. There is also picnic areas at the river with chairs, tables, fire pits, and plenty of trees to hang a hammock. This property has a main house. The parking area and the cabin are on the lower level of the house. There is a sidewalk that goes past the house to the cabin. The cabin has it's own private area with a side yard, outdoor furniture and a firepit.
