We had a wonderful experience in this lodging! From the moment we arrived, we could see how special the property is. The location is simply perfect, with a beautiful private beach, with the house right in front of the sea. Wake up with the sound of the waves and having the sand a few steps from the door was a dream!! The boat house is a cute, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor area is ideal to enjoy the day at the beach and see the sunset. The hosts were super attentive, always available to help with local tips and ensure our stay was perfect. Undoubtedly, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a seaside getaway. We can't wait to come back!

We love the accommodation , well matches the description, in addition to the welcome and receptivity of Mag and Jesse. We are comfortably in 5 people, plus all the amenities of the house. There are still on-site beach chairs and others that we can enjoy. I strongly recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy São Sebastião in a quiet neighborhood, but with nearby market, restaurants and pharmacy

We had an amazing stay! The view from the bungalow is absolutely cinematic, and the privacy of the place made it even more special. It’s incredibly charming to walk down to the beach and find a lovely restaurant halfway through the stairs. Having a secure parking spot inside a gated area was also a huge plus. Marcelo was a fantastic host — very communicative and thoughtful throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The accommodation is impeccable, from the cleaning, the arrangement of the furniture and the kitchen utensils. We don't miss anything. The location is also very good, close to restaurant, market, pharmacy. The listing's photos are very realistic. Communication is also excellent, very quick responses. We had a very fruitful period, we wish to return.
