Home sweet home. This 3 BR home is the perfect place for families to gather and spend time together. With an extremely spacious living space and a giant sofa theres seating for the whole family. The entire home is newly renovated and has all new appliances. The kitchen, being fully equipped, is the perfect place to spend the holidays, and family dinners. There are 2 full baths, both have newly done showers with porcelain tile. This home includes a work space and 1 gig of high speed internet.

The Boho Bungalow is a newly renovated duplex with a one-car garage, located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a scenic wooded back yard that gives off the vibes of being in the NC mountains. Five minutes from local restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, the Boho is also in close proximity to Camp Lejeune and is only 30-35 minutes from Topsail Beach and Emerald Isle. Centrally located to Camp Lejeune, MCAS, restaurants, shopping and beaches - 25 miles either north or south of Jacksonville. Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. And finally enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing on the covered porch.

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

A modern living area features a brown leather sofa and a patterned cushioned chair. A circular coffee table sits in front of the sofa, adorned with a small plant and decorative items. A 43-inch Roku Smart TV is positioned on a wooden media console.
