Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days. The apartment is located in the city center just 50m from the most famous monument of Pula - Arena - an amphitheater from Roman times. In the immediate vicinity are cafes, restaurants, shops, the promenade and the city center with the main street leading to the city's most famous square, the Forum. The sea is couple hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are 2 km away. The main bus station is just 10 minutes walk from apartment and airport is 10 minutes taxi drive.

Free use of bikes, barbeque and badminton are some of the options to enjoy at the house.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
