Serene+relaxing environment. Yoga lovers-In a sunny day LR first to be filled with sunlight. DR next to receive sunlight. Kitchen is next. I find relaxing to do dishes with natural light around. BR some sun in the afternoon, next house 6-7 ft away. BR is conductive to relax before getting up to a sunny house (in a sunny day). Located in the geographical middle of Boston you can get to anywhere in the city within 20 minutes including Harvard/MIT, Downtown, Fenway, Hynes Convention Center, Seaport and more. This pseudo apartment on the first floor is separate from the rest of the house and has its own private entrance, a private bathroom and a dedicated off street parking spot. The full kitchen with oversized counter is great for eating; comfy living room for relaxing and an office nook for working.

Private entrance, bath, and kitchen. Located in an 1870 Victorian farmhouse, the studio has two single (twin) beds, for two people maximum. Convenient to T, near the shops and restaurants of JP, 20 min from downtown. PLEASE NOTE the STEEP STAIRS and a NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE which may not suit people with mobility or balance issues.
