This newly renovated 4th generation family farmhouse sitting on 13 acres is centrally located in Russell Springs, just minutes from Lake Cumberland. We are just off the Cumberland Parkway (a short and easy drive to both Columbia and Somerset), close to Russell County Hospital, and within a mile to most fast-food chains, restaurants, gas, and grocery. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible while visiting the Lake Cumberland area. We do ask that there be no smoking in the home.

However, if it’s a retreat you seek, the cottage is also for you as it sits in a quiet, very pretty, rural area of Wayne County, Kentucky, where 5 can sleep easily.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. The Bourbon House

Take it easy at this unique Kentucky Bourbon themed getaway only 10 minutes away from Lake Cumberland via the Jamestown Marina. The Bourbon House has two queen beds in their own bedrooms and a full sized pull out sofa with 2 full bathrooms. This house has one of the most amazing views! Looking right over Jamestown and State Dock Marinas, you have a perfect morning view for coffee and can overhear the marina festivities over cocktails in the evening! Only about 7 minutes (2.6 miles) to Jamestown Marina! The most loved part of our home is the back porch and the view. We always say we bought it for the view and you will know why!!
