There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Our open A-framed home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a jacuzzi and comfortable beds and linens. It's well prepared for families. We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.
