i recommend this place, very nice with everything we need. Beach is within easy walking distance. Possibility to take beautiful hikes as well as cycling.

Charming house a short walk to the beach and 20mn walk to the city center by the beach. Impeccable and functional accommodation, decorated with taste. There is nothing missing to have a great stay. Everything was clear and self check-in and checkout is very convenient. Thank you for the little arrival gift and for the perfect communication. We will keep this address for a future stay!

And who share their tips The house is very beautiful, spacious, clean, the outside is a joy and the location (for those who love the beach) it is paradise sincea path just 50m from the house allows access to a sublime sandy beach. A very pleasant family trip during which everyone was able to find their activity (cycling, running, Padel or wingfoil, market walk etc.) I really recommend it.

A nice, modern, very comfortable house, with all the facilities for a good vacation, in a quiet area of the island, with access to beaches and bike rides. The house has a pool with heated water, which facilitates bathing at all times of day.

Great stay at Delphine's for this 2024 Christmas with the family. The accommodation is totally suitable for 10 people, spacious, tastefully decorated and very pleasant to stay in. Beachfront within walking distance and city center as well. Once the car is parked, no need to touch it. It was perfect! Thank you Delphine!

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

We had a fantastic holiday here in Toby's house in October. The location is fantastic and we were at the beach every day. The shops and market in the village are also close and have everything you need. The house was great for our group, it is just like the photos and a cozy beachside house four our autumn holiday. The house was spotless, the beds really comfortable and the living areas great for relaxing after our time in the water. Thanks so much for hosting us, we'll be back for sure!

Absolutely wonderful house! Highly recommend. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, you can find all you need for a lovely stay in the beautiful île de re. There is a daily market 5minutes bike ride, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is delightful, heated, the house offers 2 space for sleeping, on in the main house with 2 bedrooms and one in a side building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which makes is very well suited for 2 families. Thanks a lot to our hosts that made us feel like at home.

Pleasant accommodation. Quiet. beach and shops 100 meters from the accommodation. (Bakery, creperie, pizzeria, grocery store, butcher and restaurants) Parking for a car in front of the property. Good bedding.

House with a marvelous view of the ocean. A bay for swimming right in front of it. Take a short and easy bike ride to the amazing Plage du Veillon or Les Sables d'Ollone center. A nice Bar/Restaurant reachable by foot, too. House has everything you need, kitchen is perfect for cooking. Quiet neighborhood. We - a couple - spent two weeks in mid September here and had amazing holidays. Rosslyne & Lionel are exceptional hosts - caring, flexible - communication was swift and easy. Villa OCTALICE is a wonderful place; Highly recommended!

Our stay at this beautiful property in La Couarde was nothing short of amazing! Just 100 meters from Plage Peuragot, the location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to the beach and bike paths. The house itself is full of charm, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Each room was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days of exploring Île de Ré. The garden was a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor amenities like the BBQ and sun loungers made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were fantastic and clearly put a lot of love into this space. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!
