My place is 300m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. Located on the ground floor of the villa (ground floor of the pool) it is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port, its shops, bars... You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its comfort and its calm with also the sound of the sea!

Beautiful authentic stone house with exposed beams, fully renovated and fully equipped. Heated pool (open from mid-April to early October), large terrace, outdoor kitchen and bar, hot tub area. House located in a quiet commune less than 20 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon. Bakery next door. Supermarket 5 mins away NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - NEIGHBOURS ALL AROUND THE HOUSE. A small JBL speaker is available; no other speaker should be used.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne.
