18 m² studio in a workshop style, with a sunny terrace. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, a romantic weekend, or a seaside holiday. Located in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk from the sea, on the edge of the forest. Shops nearby. 20 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne. Lovely walks and bike rides to be enjoyed (the Vélodyssée is 100 metres away). 10 minutes by car to the O'Gliss water park. You will appreciate my place for its location and comfort. We treat our guests as honoured visitors.

🏡 Treat yourself to a seaside getaway: a renovated house located just 200 metres from the beach in Jard-sur-Mer, a charming seaside resort in the Vendée between Les Sables-d'Olonne and La Tranche-sur-Mer. Located in a quiet area, the house allows you to enjoy the beach, the forest and the walking trails, while still being close to the marina and the town centre. In summer, Jard-sur-Mer comes alive with the harbour terraces, entertainment and night markets.

Located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, it offers calm and privacy only 600m from the ocean, and close to the city center, shops, marina and sandy beaches. Spacious, comfortable, perfectly equipped and air-conditioned from 2027, it meets all the conditions for a most pleasant stay.

You have access to all shops within 100 meters. The beach is 1 km away. Meals can be enjoyed and long naps can be taken outside out of sight Garden table, chairs and BBQ are at your disposal
