The forest is 2 minutes away on foot, and 10 minutes from the beaches and marina. A wellness holiday thanks to this top of the range therapeutic jacuzzi specialising in massages. A real letting go for a successful holiday! Relaxation and rest are waiting for you! Private parking for two vehicles in front of the house, once your car is parked, you can leave it behind and do everything on foot or by bike (adult bikes can be hired on site)! The pleasure of spending a real holiday! Happiness for your holidays at hand: The marina of Jard sur Mer with the charm of its mill and its restaurants, ice cream parlour and children's playground at 8 min walk, the supermarket "Super u" at 12 min walk, without forgetting the unavoidable "Pointe du Payré" great remarkable site of France at 20 min from the house. My place is 300m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. Located on the ground floor of the villa (ground floor of the pool) it is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port, its shops, bars... You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its comfort and its calm with also the sound of the sea!

18 m² studio in a workshop style, with a sunny terrace. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, a romantic weekend, or a seaside holiday. Located in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk from the sea, on the edge of the forest. Shops nearby. 20 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne. Lovely walks and bike rides to be enjoyed (the Vélodyssée is 100 metres away). 10 minutes by car to the O'Gliss water park. You will appreciate my place for its location and comfort. We treat our guests as honoured visitors.

Located in a quiet area, the house allows you to enjoy the beach, the forest and the walking trails, while still being close to the marina and the town centre. In summer, Jard-sur-Mer comes alive with the harbour terraces, entertainment and night markets.

Beds are made upon arrival, towels, hygiene and cleaning products are provided, the coffee machine is filled, all you have to do is enjoy.

You have access to all shops within 100 meters. The beach is 1 km away. Meals can be enjoyed and long naps can be taken outside out of sight Garden table, chairs and BBQ are at your disposal
