Beach house holiday rentals in Jard-sur-Mer

We had a great time at Sandra's place. It was as described (even better!). The accommodation is spacious and above all very clean. Simple and efficient, we highly recommend it. Our 2 children (2 and 4) also loved their holidays. The large secure garden is great. 👍 Beach 300m away... enough to be completely exotic!

The house is very well located between the beach and the city center. Very functional house, very clean, all comforts. Jean Marie and his concierge were very attentive and responsive. I will be back with pleasure.

We had a short stay since we only stayed one night but very good stay. We were wonderfully welcomed by Laurence's smile and sweetness. The apartment is quiet at the end of the courtyard, with a private terrace and a pretty interior, very clean. We found everything we needed there. Perfect and good location. Not far from the sea, shops, bars, restaurants and the forest. we will come back:-)

Breathtaking view. Clean, nice, current accommodation. Very suitable for a reunion with family, friends with children.

Regarding the host: Philippe is very friendly and responsive and was able to answer each of our questions. Regarding the accommodation: accommodation is ideally located near walks, the beach, rocks and quiet . The terrace is good size and allows you to be out of sight. The house is spacious and very well equipped (including for barbecue or cooking of seafood). I highly recommend this rental and would be happy to return.

And who share their tips The house is very beautiful, spacious, clean, the outside is a joy and the location (for those who love the beach) it is paradise sincea path just 50m from the house allows access to a sublime sandy beach. A very pleasant family trip during which everyone was able to find their activity (cycling, running, Padel or wingfoil, market walk etc.) I really recommend it.

We were hosted by Claudine in her house very well. Clean and very functional accommodation, we hear the sound of waves on the terrace, everything is within walking distance, we had a very pleasant stay. thank you again🙏🏼

We had a very nice stay in Les Sables-d'Olonne, in this house not too far from the beach or the city center (by car) or any amenities. The house is as advertised, fully equipped, combines the old and renovated... in short, everything to feel good!! In addition, Florence greeted us in person, and it was a very nice meeting! The exchanges had already been cordial by messages but we met a real "local", discussed the Vendée-Globe, the city... in short, a very easy and pleasant contact! Come up special for its flexibility on schedules (something rather rare in the area) that allowed us to enjoy a little more!! Really a stay we enjoyed, with the seaside, the beach, the pork, the park...

A nice, modern, very comfortable house, with all the facilities for a good vacation, in a quiet area of the island, with access to beaches and bike rides. The house has a pool with heated water, which facilitates bathing at all times of day.

Pleasant accommodation. Quiet. beach and shops 100 meters from the accommodation. (Bakery, creperie, pizzeria, grocery store, butcher and restaurants) Parking for a car in front of the property. Good bedding.

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

Absolutely wonderful house! Highly recommend. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, you can find all you need for a lovely stay in the beautiful île de re. There is a daily market 5minutes bike ride, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is delightful, heated, the house offers 2 space for sleeping, on in the main house with 2 bedrooms and one in a side building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which makes is very well suited for 2 families. Thanks a lot to our hosts that made us feel like at home.

Typical, pleasant, spacious and quiet house for a family stay on Île de Ré. Ideal for visiting the island and its surroundings. Close to the beach and the couarde market. Note that parking for a vehicle is on the street facing the house, so can be problematic during busy periods to park more than one vehicle. Effective communication with the host, very responsive in case of solicitation.

We had a great time at Delphine and Tony's place. A real little piece of paradise close to the beach, with the children's park right next door, our daughter loved it. Functional accommodation, everything children need also ( games, beach toys) really pleasant and quiet. Really 2 exceptional days, thank you for the little attention upon arrival. Our stay at this beautiful property in La Couarde was nothing short of amazing! Just 100 meters from Plage Peuragot, the location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to the beach and bike paths. The house itself is full of charm, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Each room was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days of exploring Île de Ré. The garden was a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor amenities like the BBQ and sun loungers made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were fantastic and clearly put a lot of love into this space. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

This house is even more beautiful in real life than in photo or dream. It has this character, this charm that makes a difference. The decoration is simple, tastefully. Then it is very functional, and is located in a peaceful village, at the foot of the beach. Not to mention the cleanliness, impeccable. The host (Amélie) is available, open to communication, accommodating and very friendly. In short, I recommend it with my eyes open, with my eyes closed: go for it!
