Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into an independent studio with all the amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, sitting area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be off their leash. In a separate part of the garden is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you on the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room sleeps 3 people, with a double bed in 140 and a single bed, wifi and TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private at the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilets at the entrance of the house are in common.

My place can sleep up to 5 people. It is close to a bar/restaurant, shops (including a little supermarket, butcher's and baker's), pharmacy, doctor, veterinary surgery. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. It is situated in the centre of France, and is only 5 minutes from the RN145. Free parking is available immediately in front of the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
