Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Jasenice

This is a lovely, well kept property. The swimming pool is a good size and we really enjoyed that, along with the al Fresco kitchen and barbecue. The place was all particularly clean on arrival and was easy to find. The location is good with the waterfront at Kastel Stari being a few minutes drive down the hill. Being next to the train line is no issue trains are quite infrequent and didn't disturb us at all.

We spent an amazing few days at Renata’s apartment. Her mother welcomed us and gave us the keys, she’s the loveliest lady ever. The location of the apartment is excellent, the supermarket and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is even better in person than in pictures. We couldn’t recommend staying here more. Thank you for having us:)

We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! The place was just awesome! The decor is really great (exactly our style!). It was extremely clean and Tonka greeted us personally and was extremely warm. The location of the property is perfect for visiting Zadar or Paklenica National Park. We felt very comfortable and it was one of the best we've had so far.

Great house, with very spacious garden, extremely close to the sea, very well equipped with sports equipment. Friendly and responsive host. We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a great stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very nice, tidy and equipped with everything. A nice and beautiful swimming pool, very large garden with plenty of play opportunities for the children. The kitchen was also equipped with every comfort. This made the stay even more enjoyable. It also looked beautiful. Especially outside, it is a picture. Inside everything is neat and nice and the beds slept well. Of course, there are always small areas for improvement, but we have not disturbed anything and can fully enjoy our stay!

Everything was impeccable. The apartment was impeccably sunny in a quiet neighborhood with parking equipped with all the necessities and more . Petra is sweet , helpful with sensitivity and responsibility .

Beautiful and very clean appartment. The host is very nice and always willing to help you. Our little boy had his own babybed with some very cute stuffed animals. Kitchen and bathroom extremely clean with coffee machine (coffee included) and some homemade marmelade and wine. Bathroom looks like new and includes washing machine. The area around the house is quiet and safe. We would recommend it to anyone.

Very good accommodation, our flight was very delayed Boro received us despite late arrival. Also arranged a taxi waiting for us at the airport, very smooth. Great walking distance to the beach. Many nice restaurants near the property, as well as a great little grocery store around the corner. Takes about 40 minutes if you want to walk into the Old Town, can also take a bus for a cheap money. We appreciated that there was cold drink in the fridge when we arrived. Can highly recommend this home.

BEST LOCATION. The apartment is at the entrance of the bridge that leads you to the old Town, the only thing to visit in Zara. The apartment has lots of space and light. Tamara has at your disposal more than you would ever need. The closets had old drawers difficult to open but you have more than enough room to store all you need. We went every night to enjoy the sea organ's music. The ambiente of the old city is very magical. We would like to come back to Zara and we'll surely return to Tamara's place!

Simple and uncomplicated communication even before arrival. Easy and convenient check-in, super friendly homeowners (Franko and his wife Andrea), great location with a wonderful view. The apartment was very clean and we had a really great time there. Highly recommended and we will be happy to come back on our next visit to Zadar!

Meri's apartment is a great choice for staying in Zadar! The apartment is located in a family house, so we felt very welcome, and the atmosphere was friendly. :) The apartment description is accurate; we had everything we needed, and everything was clean. You can easily park in a private space right in front of the house, and the grocery store is located within a short walkable distance. Communication with Meri was perfect, and there was no problem. I highly recommend this place. :)

This place is truly amazing—recently renovated with stylish furniture throughout and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. It’s in a perfect location too, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and only 2 minutes from a supermarket. Super convenient and comfortable!

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Large outdoor area with fantastic views, which is mostly in the shade thanks to the Mediterranean orchard. 5 minutes from the nearest swimming area and a short drive to many beautiful beaches.

Martin was always extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we asked for recommendations or didn't know something, he took the time to explain everything to us in detail with pictures and precise instructions. The apartment was in excellent condition - everything was clean and hygienic. The location was ideal, only a short 10-15 minute drive separated us from the charming old town of Zadar. The terrace was a little narrower than expected, so breakfast there was a bit of a squeeze, but the wide-opening French doors meant we could also enjoy the view from the comfort of the living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, so we didn't want for anything. There was plenty of parking space in front of the house so that several cars could be parked without any problems. Overall, we were very satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation for exploring Zadar and the surrounding area.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor on a hill above Sibenik. Everything was as described. We had a great stay! The apartment was large and extremely clean. From there you can walk to the center of the old town within 5 minutes. The balcony is nice and quiet and you have a great view of the city. Anita is a very nice and dear hostess. She picked us up by car from the parking lot, as you cannot park in the streets near the apartment or it is better not to. She gave us many tips for the area and the city. We will be happy to come back ❤️

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!
