Monthly Rentals in Jasper

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

We really enjoyed our stay especially being above the Merc with easy access to great coffee, pizza, drinks, and live music on Saturday night. No issues with sound from below keeping us awake. Owners and patrons at the Merc were friendly, outgoing and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

Always a great stay! It’s nice to see Joe is actively making upgrades and responds well to feedback about the suites. I’m glad to have a very clean, safe, comfortable place to stay while in town!

Tanya‘s place exudes relaxation, blood pressure drops, just pulling in to the parking spot. Tonya was outside when we arrived and she was so kind and patient. If You are looking to get away I highly recommend making this at least a three day stop. It is so quiet with wildlife making their appearance and all one’s troubles washing away.
