In just 10 minutes by car, you will be at the top of the Ratschings ski area. The Jaufenpass is regularly cleared of the snow and is therefore also easy to drive in winter.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

There is also 1 separate double bed room and a small cooking area with 2 stoves and a fridge.
