A large room approx. 90 sqm, open kitchen , dining area, separate sleeping area with double bed, bathroom shower/full bath The apartment is located in St Pauli, directly between the Schanze and the Reeperbahn, next to countless bars, pubs and restaurants. 3 min walk to the Reeperbahn, 5 min to the Schanzenviertel. Life is happening here, it is a perfect location to explore Hamburg. The loft is in the back house, therefore, very calm despite the location.

Our beautiful, newly furnished loft apartment in one of the most beloved neighbourhoods of Hamburg, St. Pauli is now available. The loft is in a quiet, secluded ‘hof’ as they are called in Germany, with a private gate to the street which protects you from the hustle and bustle of the city even though you are just steps away from it all. The newly built space, 2015/16 offers working/living lofts and we have recently converted ours into a living space, fully furnished inWinter 2018 / 19.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Vielfältige Gastromie und Shoppingmöglichkeiten (Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg, Europapassage) in direkter Nähe, ein Katzensprung in die HafenCity, gut ein Kilometer zur Reeperbahn.

Centrally located old building apartment

Beautifully renovated old building apartment with small balcony. The apartment is located near the trade fair, Alster and Schanzenviertel. Finding a parking space is difficult during the day, but in the evening it is usually easy to find a parking space. However, mobility is well taken care of via a Moia and Switch stop right outside the door as well as various bicycle and e-scooter providers.

Quiet basement on the edge of the Schanzenviertel

The basement apartment, which is separated from our own apartment, has two rooms, a well-equipped new kitchen, shower room, toilet and small corner bathtub in one of the rooms, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Our quiet street is set at the edge of the Schanzenviertel with good transport links. The apartment has its own covered entrance from the courtyard. Smoking is also possible there.

Atelier-Bahrenfeld

Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.
