Life is happening here, it is a perfect location to explore Hamburg. The loft is in the back house, therefore, very calm despite the location.

This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

You will be living where Hamburg is most attractive even for the Hamburgers! Located in the middle of the Karolinenviertel, you will love my accommodations because of the authentic, special flair. In a few minutes, you can reach the city center, the recreational mile ¨Reeperbahn¨ as well as the Hamburg harbor. The Messe area is two minutes nearby. My accommodations are suitable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Der perfekte Mix- citynah und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Dieses Apartment bietet Schlafplätze für bis zu vier Personen. Ein Kinderbett ist möglich auf Anfrage. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine kleine Küche ist vorhanden. 2Min zu Fuß bis zur Außenalster. 5Min zu Fuß bis zur U-Bahn Haltestelle Uhlandstraße. Centrally located old building apartment

Beautifully renovated old building apartment with small balcony. The apartment is located near the trade fair, Alster and Schanzenviertel. Finding a parking space is difficult during the day, but in the evening it is usually easy to find a parking space. However, mobility is well taken care of via a Moia and Switch stop right outside the door as well as various bicycle and e-scooter providers.

Quiet basement on the edge of the Schanzenviertel

The basement apartment, which is separated from our own apartment, has two rooms, a well-equipped new kitchen, shower room, toilet and small corner bathtub in one of the rooms, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Our quiet street is set at the edge of the Schanzenviertel with good transport links. The apartment has its own covered entrance from the courtyard. Smoking is also possible there.
